This term, Crucible Lusaka welcomed a group of experienced teachers from leading UK schools, alongside passionate interns from the University of Oxford.

Over two to four weeks, these educators volunteered their time to work with our teaching team in mathematics, economics, physics, and liberal arts.

Their experience in preparing students for Cambridge A levels helped refine our teaching and assessments, while their energy inspired new learning across the school.
The Oxford interns also shared insights into applying to top global universities, sparking ambition and opening doors for many of our students.
We are deeply grateful for the knowledge, care, and inspiration they brought to Crucible.

At Crucible, partnerships with global educators help us prepare Zambian students for opportunities on the world stage.
